Blues and Company is a three piece blues band from the Ottawa area. Established and professional, they have built a very reputable fan base and a world wide audience in their very short time together.They are an electric, roots, and contemporary blues band that are well studied, and heavily influenced by the Blues Masters of days long gone.
Winners of the 2016 Ottawa Blues Society ''Road To Memphis' challenge, and Semi Finalists at the International Blues Challenge Competition, this high energy trio combines Hendrix-esqe psychedelic electric blues with Chicago, Texas, and Mississippi delta style roots.
With rotational radio airplay, and over 300+ Live performances since 2014, including Ottawa Blues Festival, Limestone Blues Festival, Calabogie Blues and Rib festival and many more, they are "The Real Deal" blues band that continues to push the boundaries of the genre, while holding true to its roots.

Kevin Ficzere – Guitar and vocals
Kevin has been active in the Ottawa blues and rock scene for over 25 years. A member of the Ottawa Blues Society and patron of both the Kingston and Mississippi Blues Societies, he has shared the stage with such well known artists as Ray Bonniville, Suzy Vinick and Rick Fines, The Texas Horns, The Kinsey Report and many others. A well respected singer and song writer, Kevin wrote, produced and engineered Blues and Company's 2015 EP, which had two, of six tracks, in rotation on Ottawa's DAWG FM.

Eric Bacon - Bass
From Kingston Ontario, Eric is a very talented multi-instrumentalist. As well as holding down the groove with Blues and Company, he is an on-call musician in high demand. Signed to En Guard Records in the 90's he is as comfortable on the stage, as he is in the recording studio.

Jeff Gover - Drums, Percussion and Vocals
Originally from the east coast, Jeff studied Jazz music at StFX University. He has been very active in the Ottawa and Kingston area Music scene since the early 90's. He is also a founding member of “Blues and Company" 20 years ago. Jeff also co-wrote and arranged the songs “Chicken Heart Gumbo” and “Long Distance Bill” on the first "Ottawa Capital Blues Collection" CD in 1997 via OBS. He brings to the table his passion for a primal percussive back-beat and an infectious groove that is second to none. No stranger to the stage or the studio, Jeff continues to be an in demand 'First Call' musician in the Ottawa blues community.
